Teflon coatings are BS, don't waste your money. It takes an extemely high temp 1300 deg F and highly caustic chemicals to get teflon to stick to frying pans, do you really think a $10 bottle of wax is gonna do anything.

Seriously, it's a total waste of money and the dealer should be slapped for trying to get you to buy it. He knows it's crap, but just wants to make a buck off you.

heh, cause the dealer said it, it MUST be true.

take what he says, and assume the opposite. probably get swirl marks all over your paint applying their crappy wax.

He said detailer, not dealer.

Ahhhhh, I missed that as well. I read it as "Dealer". I guess we all are subliminally biased against dealers!

If your detailer is doing this, I'd find another detailer.

thanks guys
it WAS the detailer. in his defense we are an isolated little community in the mountains(yep, you would all drool just over my drive home everyday!)and i think they were hit by a salesperson pushing this new product---complete with a heavy hi spd polisher ----without doing their research.
i will introduce them to zaino when my pack arrives.
and bonz---sorry for reasking this same question. i am new to forums and read the threads back a month or so but didnt do a search until after i had asked the initial Q.(i am soooo embarrased)
will let you know my experiences with the the big Z's(350 and zaino)
