Default Need to know...

Hi guys,

I have my PPW for 2 months and wax her six times. The product i have been using is Meguiars gold class clear coat liquid car wax, it make the car shine but i know Zaino will do a better job, I want to start using Zaino but i see it has all kind of different stuff like Z1,Z5,Z6. I want to order the right products so please help me out. First do i have to remove Meguiar before apply Zaino product and what will be best for my car.
I have tried to figure out what will be best but some said this other said that, it really scare me.I want to use Zaino all because of Dr.Bonz i think all of u know why. Again Thanks guys.

Well, yes, you will have to remove the Gold Class as the polishes our company makes will only stick to bare paint, Zaino will not adhere to other waxes. But this is not hard, wash the car really good using Dawn dish detergent and the Meguiars will be gone.

At this point you will need to decided if you will be using a clay bar on the surface, you may have already done this or may already own a clay bar, I do not know. Your car may be so slick that claying will not be needed, but since only you can feel the surface you will have to decided this. If you do need the Clay Bar you will want to get the Z-18 Clay Bar

We have two core products, the Z-2 Show Car Polish and the Z-5 Show Car Polish for swirls and scratches. You can use either, or both. You can decide if your car has enough scratches or swirls to warrant purchasing the Z-5.

Other than that you will want to get the ZFX activator, probably skip the Z-1 as with the new generation of activator which is ZFX the older two step method of using the Z-1 activator is not needed. You will also want to purchase the Z-6 Gloss Enhancer Srpay, I use Z-6 more often than any other product and is the only Zaino product I use when I get to a car show. You may also want to purchase the Z-7 Show Car wash as its secret is that it contains portions of the Zaino polish so every time you wash the car you also apply polish.

Proper towels are even more important than the wax or polish you choose however.

Here is a link to my editorial I did for www.350zfrenzy.com:

It'll outline the things you'll need to detail your car.
