In the Zs? Reason I ask, is that I clean them a lot. I've only had the car a week, and I've cleaned them about twice already with Meguiards. I rubbed hard. Can this damage or fade the leather? Granted, I was using a conditioner when I was rubbing hard.
Any opinions?

 

You're over-doing it and why are you rubbing hard. Leather only needs to be treated/conditioned maybe every 3-4 months or longer depending on use and weather conditions. For in between just wipe them down with a lightly dampened cloth then a quick buff to dry.

 

Leather does not need to be scrubbed hard. Apply a conditioner every few months or once a month if you are a fanatic. Pay particular attention to the driver seat especially the bolsters on the lower cushion and backrest as they take a pounding every time you get in the car and they will show wear the quickest.Also if you are in a hot climate and if your interior is exposed to the sun a lot, be sure to condition the areas exposed to the sun. Conditioning the leather will vastly extend the softness and life of the leather.
