Im getting quite a buildup of brake dust inside the wheel lugnut pockets, is there an easy way to clean this out?

 

Put a set of hawk brake pads on the front, I did a few weeks ago incredibly less dust and better breaking you most likely can change the brake pads yourself very simple

 

Use a soft paint brush and some soap and water to clean inside the luge nuts.

 

I use a Qtip

perhaps I should call the Ztips?

hehe I crack myself up.

 

You can get a brush called a parts washing brush, it is pefect for getting into those areas, try soap and water first with the brush, if that does not work try some Simple Green...

 

I just use a twisted up piece of cotton towel and use that like a Q-tip. I clean my wheels with the same rag, so while I'm down there, I just shove it in the lug nut well and twist it in there a couple of times.
