Can I apply touch-up paint AFTER Zaino?

Anyone know if it's OK to dab a little touch-up paint on a small paint chip on the hood after the car's had a few coats of Zaino? Or do I need to re-Dawn, claybar, etc.?

If you expect the paint to hold you'll have to strip it down.

Simply clean the chip with rubbing alcohol and a Q-Tip.
