Default Anyone know where to buy microfiber towels physically?

I know there are options online, but i want to wash my car this weekend and the orders wont get through until next week. Anyone know of any stores that sell good microfiber towels or cotton towels that wont swirl my paint? I have the cheap walmart ones and they swirl like crazy. I live in atlanta....anyone know of stores around here?? Maybe a detailing shop or something?? Thanks!

I would suggest checking out http://www.autopia-carcare.com/mf-201.html I was using a regular MF from an auto parts store and after using these towels I would never use anything else on my Z. I would also recommend their drying towel and buffing towels. I know youre looking for something QUICK but for the quality of these towels, the wait is definately worth it. IMHO.

To clarify, the DF towel is the only micro fiber towel you can purchase from any store, internet site, etc. that is of all natural fibers, no man made fibers are used in the DF micro fiber towel. All other micro fiber towels are made from polyester and nylon.

Hey Kevin, i bought the medium size MF. Will 1 towel be sufficient to take the wax off the whole car once applied?

Oh yes, one med. is fine for that. Then you can wash it and be ready to go again. I find it best to fold the towel twice to make a pad to rub off the polish and keep refolding it to get to a fresh side.

You can contact Leo at www.dftowel.com to see for sure, but I do not think you can buy DF towels in any store just from distributors like me and from www.dftowel.com

The Harley store did have the microfiber towels but they werent all cotton. They were the generic split end microfibers comprised of 70% polyester or something. They worked for me, but when I got the DF towel, there was no other for me

We, DF, are the only all natural fiber (cotton/cellulose) micro fiber towel that I know of anywhere.

All other micro fibers you will find are either 80/20 and 70/30 Polyester/Polymide (form of nylon)

I think that the 80/20 is supposed to be the best blend for cars, but I tried many man made micro fibers and I liked the DF the best with wiping off polish and using with a detailer spray.

I bought some in wal-mart in the makeup section, labelled as makeup removal or hair drying towels or something. $7 for and 18x33.
