Default water spots on inside plastic gauges

I have a '03 Touring and ever since I got it 6 months ago, it has irritated me that there are liquid/water stains on the inside of the 3 gauges in the center console (the multi function LCD, Oil pressure gauge and Volts gauge). Any help on how I can remove the gauges cover and clean it?

I would try using my normal interior cleaner first which for me is the 303 Cleaner & Spot Remover. Spray it on a microfiber towel and use light to medium pressure on it. If that doesn't work you may want to try a plastic polish like the Meguiar's PlastX Clear Plastic Cleaner and Polish. This is a deeper cleaning product that should help remove very light etchings and surface imperfections on plastic surfaces. If you have any additional questions please let me know.
