Default I Just Won Souveran/klasse Kit $150 Value :)

Thanks to Jason@autogeek.net I just won myself this combo http://www.autogeek.net/sokit.html
I haven't really heard anything about Souveran until I entered the November giveaway at autopia.org. Those of you that have and are currently using this combo. Would you please give me some insights. Here's is what I'm currently using. I need to know if I need to completely strip it off or can I just put this combo over it. I did have CG Pro on my car. I got good results but the product HIGHLIGHTS any scratches on your vehicle. So I decided to stip it off and applied Z5 on it. Results are awesome. I was planning on actually putting a second coat of Z5. Now, do I need to strip this off before actually putting this combo on? Will this combo hide any swirls or scratches like Z5?? Thanks in advance.

BluedragonZ,

Klasse AIO and Souveran are two great products. The AIO is all you need to remove the existing products on your vehicle. There is no reason you should have to use harsh chemical to remove one product just to reapply another. I notice that you said cg highlighted some of those swirls on your vehicle, AIO will do the same. AIO is a great cleaner just lacks the fillers. If you are interested in filling those swirls I would suggest Pinnacle Paintwork Cleasing Lotion prior to using Souveran wax. The PPLC is non-abrasive and works great for filling minor imprefections.

Take Care,

Jon

I've used both products on all of my cars. Let me upload a couple photos later tonight; they will speak for themselves.

Thanks Jon for your response.
I really do ned to remove the Z5 then? Can I leave it on, skip the AIO and apply Souveran over the Z5? I realy would hate to remove the Z5 because I got really good results. I'd really hate to remove Z5 and turn around and purchase a product that will do the same thing as Z5.

I am not to familiar with Zaino's products. I would really like to carry and try all their products. Maybe someone out here can comment on it better than I can?

Your kit may have two kinds of Klasse in it (mine did). Just use the Klasse AIO and then start putting on the Pinnacle. It looks great and you can layer it.

What other type of Klasse did you get? Also, did you have any swirls or scratches on your car? If you did how did you hide them before application of this kit?

I didn't and still don't have any scrathes but the AIO will help remove scratches.

My kit also came with the Klasse High Gloss Sealant which is good stuff but it doesn't seem to work well Pinnacle. Done use to much of anything. A little dab goes a long ways. Also wait at least 12-24 hours before you add another layer of Pinnacle.

My kit also came with some Pinnacle Crystal Mist that you can apply after you wash the car. It's supposedly makes the Pinnacle last longer. I use it but since I polish it every month or so I don't think it makes a big difference.

buzzdsm, looks GREAT.
Unfortunately for me I have minor swirls throught the vehicle. I only noticed them once I had the CG applied. It trully does HIGHLIGHT them. Which really sucks because I do like the product.
