My question is this: I have a black truck that came w/ some unattractive grphics and I am taking them off. So here's what i did 1. use hair dryer to heat up decal
2. goo-gone
3. clay bar
4. rinse with dawn/water
5. rinse w/ water
6. clay again
7. goo gone again
8. rinse

but this process takes forever, because the adhesive sticks to the paint. It took me about 2 hrs to get a 2 ft strip completely gone. there has to be something to do that wont take a week to do. Keep in mind that I lve in florida, and am in college, so no money...thanks

Find a auto paint store and see if they have a product called "Quick and Easy Adhesive Remover by Auto Tech) or 3m makes several don't remember name but part # is 08984 they both work for that but will require rewaxing afterwards. I like the Auto Tech better but it might be hard to find. 3m's should be no more than 10 bucks & the auto tech for around 15 both come in quart sizes. Good luck!
