Nopi Nationals 2003

Well we might as well start early, Hotel's will be decided and posted on the board.
****Remember to register under the Georgia Z Club, we get preferential treatment, and we have a large group for better parking******
the sooner we all register the better it will be, more posts to come

Update::: w/new links
I just wanted to give you a heads up on NOPI this year. I got a call from the guy who sets up the Nationals (the company I worked for supplied the 2 way radios) and he said that this year they will not take the time to group clubs togther when someone late registers.
His advice, we need to have everyone we know that wants to go register online, before the automatic mailers go out, under one club name "Georgia Z Club" he will look out for that club name and try to give us the best lot.
So I figure we have maybe 2-3 weeks to get everyone signed up online to get the best parking, otherwise we will be scattered all over the event.
P.S. They are going to be strict this year about parking only where you sticker tells you to park.

to enter the car, doesnt it require you to pay 70$? do I have that right? 35 to be in the show, but you have to sign up for
"Car Show - Asian Asian - Sport Coupe - 350Z/G35 Sport Coupe - Conservative "
which is another 35$, or is that something else, and you just need the initial 35$ to be in the show.
all very confusing even if it is laid out so plainly.
my car is nothing that special to warrent me paying 70$... Ill just park out in the lot and walk in, tickets cant be that expensive.

You get 2 tickets when you pay the $70, and you get to park inside the event, which means you can BYOB, food, water, chairs, and you don't have to hike from the parking lot outside (3/4 mile away) or wait in the lines to buy tickets.
Actually it may even be cheaper to register than to just buy tickets

FYI: We have 56 spots reserved for us and there were at least 30+ Z32's there last year. Please go online and register when you get a chance, I would like to see a lot of 350's there this year.

I'll definetely be there. I live in Alabama but my parents live 3 miles from the Speedway in Hampton. I had a vendor booth last year selling AC Autotechnic parts but I'm passing on that this year due the cost($1000). Guess it does'nt matter if I'm in the club or not so I'll register.
By the way, is anyone going to Hot Import Nights Aug.16th at the World Congress Center. It was good last year but would have been better with a group. Also in Atlanta for anyone who does not know.

Our group so far
There are only 20 reserved spots left, after that it's pot luck. You may be able to get into Red-D if it's not full after C is full
RED C 52 20 PAVEMENT - Z-CAR
Here's the breakdown so far
* Entrants Registered to Date: 31 (this includes the Red-C section only)
* Cars Registered to Date: 2 Z33's, 19 Z32's, 1 Z31, 1 280ZX, 1 240SX, 4 RX7's, 3 Supras
* Individual Tents/Canopies: This shouldn't be a problem, as long as we group them together, away from the cars, and out of pedestrian traffic. (And, as Chad mentioned before, no ground stakes are allowed).
* Judging: Cars will be judged twice on Saturday, and will carry over into Sunday, if necessary. The judges will place a sticker on the windshield of each car after it is judged, so you should have 2 stickers on there when judging is completed. (Don't worry, the stickers are small, and can usually be pulled off easily -- ).
* Awards: Awards are expected to be presented 5-6 PM (ET) on Sunday.
