Question Grease stains from inside doors

Today I noticed black stains on my sideskirts while washing my car. Apparently grease is oozing out from the door panel at the openings along the bottom. Is this happening to anyone else?

I get black stains, but I figured out for me that it's brake dust getting in the crack between your door and the body. Once you wash the car, it's very noticeable. Especially on my PPW.

Default yea

I noticed it a couple months ago. I just wiped it down and it hasn't come back since.
