Mold inside the car
#21
If it was detailed before you put in the storage, then its moisture from the carpets and headliner, it was prolly still wet, and if you left an air gap on one of your windows, that should kept it from growing molds and keeping it ventilated. Sorry to hear that bro. It's best to have your car detalied after you get back from deployment.

Sorry i haven't gotten pics up yet i realized my camera was dead when i went to look at the car again with the insurance adjuster the other day. The insurance is declaring it a total loss. They found signs of flooding in the car (odd because i was told there were no floods there while i was gone and nothing else in the garage appears damaged). They are going to take the car on Thursday. I will make sure to get pics then when i let them in the storage to take it. They determined the mold was hazardous to health according to the adjuster so I don't plan to be in and out of the car any more than I have to. Time to start looking for a replacement... On another note i have a lot of new in box parts i have to get pictures of and put up for sale now as i spent all deployment prepping for a build on the car

Thinking about it. My previous toy was an MR2 Spyder however and I am thinking about maybe another light roadster. S2000 or another MR2 Maybe. They are a bit more competitive AutoX wise than the Z. But if i can find a good deal i wouldn't pass up a nice Z with an HR.
