Final polish isn't very abrasive at all and probably won't get anything out. It's really ment for glossing up the surface after using the Intensive polish. Even the intensive polish is somewhat mild, but on a new car is probably your best bet. I have a super black z and use the intensive polish folled by the final polish, then zaino.

Anyone know if there exists a cordless orbital buffer worth using. I would get the porter cable model everyone is talking about here but I live in an apartment Think I would get strange looks if I strung an extension cord out of my window to the parking spot???

Dude, don't care what others think about how you maintain your shine. My neighbors think I'm a freak on the way I detail. But believe you me...even the pros come over and ask questions or make remarks. It's my hobby. And if it's yours...enjoy it.

I have the extension cord out and not only use it for my porter cable 7424 but also , I hook it up to my air blower and then the vacuum cleaner to do the carpets.
