Anybody in the Houston TX area knows where I can get a porter cable 7424 random orbit polisher. Thing is I live in Mexico and there no dealers for porter cable tools here. Coastaltools has a great deal on this but its $120.00 for the polisher and $110.00 for shiping .

My uncle is flying to houston this weekend and I've been searching the web for a dealer that carries the 7424 with no luck.

In my area, both Home Depot and Loews carry a full line of Porter Cable products.

There is also a PC 7424 on eBay now. Maybe you could contact the seller and arrange something. Good luck.

I tried both Loews and Home Depot's web page and there was no results for the 7424. Guess I'm going to have to call them and make sure.

Here is the deal, Lowes sells the model Porter Cable 7336, it is the exact same unit as model 7424 but the 7336 comes with the six inch counter weight already factory insalled that you will need anyway to run the 6 inch velcro backer plates that I assume you will want to get to use the quick change pads with. The model 7424 comes with a 5 inch counter weight that is really supposed to be changed to the 6 inch counter weight if running the heavier 6 inch velcro backer plate.

In reality, the 7336 model is set up better for the velcro and quick change pads. It is 109.00 everyday at Lowes, that is where I got mine.......
