like the title says. I was successful doing my truck this weekend, and am moving on to the Z tomorrow. I use menzerna polish, do I need to clay first or will it be wasted effort with the polishing compound. The only reason I can see to clay, is to get the small areas the polisher cant reach.

I would clay first, getting the crap off the paint with the clay might make the polish more effective.
