Default no longer a zanio virgin

Finished zainoing my car for the first time ever. Looks good although I'm not sure it's worth the work. I'm not even sure it looks that much better than after it was washed. I'm sure part of the problem is the color is silverstone, I understand the dark colors look better with zaino. I also understand that this look should last for awhile.

the precedure took about four hours. I clayed it. (which didn't do anything on the new car) then washed with dawn. washed the tiresalso. then Z2 with ZFX. pollish off then use Z6. repeated Z2 with ZFX then Z6. detailed the interior with cleaner then with 303.

Tom,

Here's a little reading for ya. I think you may find some interesting info about that "marketing ploy."

that article was one of the reasons I tried zaino. I'm glad I did, I think the car will look good for a long time. I just think it isn't as impressive of a shine as it would be on a darker car.

I completely agree with the durability test on the Zaino. I last Zainoed my Stealth about 6-8 weeks ago and TODAY, when you spray water on it, it is actually hard to get the car wet! The water doesn't bead, it actually pours right off the car. It still looks great too.

thx doc, for all the zaino info. today i did the exact thing goofy did, clayed it, washed it, and put on 2 coats of z2 and z6. exellent results. the distributor in my area is great. Dave in brooklyn spent about 40 min over the details and showed everything i needed to know. if anyone in NY area need zaino stuff. give him a call a 718 745 1442. highly recommanded.

the dawn is a one time application to remove any wax already on the car. most washes that are ph balanced wont do this. after the first wash you should be using a car wash solution like Z7 or I'm sure your Zymol product would be just as good.

I still don't believe in the Zaino products
Do you think we are making this stuff up? I used to use Zymol all the time. It smelled like you were at the beach (like coconut/banana oil), and I loved it's results....UNTIL I SAW THE LIGHT!

Seriously, I wouldn't say any of this unless I had actually tried it myself and you can see the pics of my car with your own eyes. It's not like I photoshopped them! It really is a VERY EXEPTIONAL product. AND it lasts a long time too. It's not flash in the pan pretty then over. It really is durable. Did you read the results of the comparo posted above?

AAAAAMEN from the House of Zaino!

Now, CAN I GET A WITNESS FROM DA CONGRAGATION!!!!!
