Default New Turtle wax

Just caught the tail end of a new Turtle wax commercial. I'm almost positive that the car being waxed was a "Z". Anyone see this commercial or used the new wax? From the little I saw, the shine looked beautiful.

yeah it was a yellow 350z. looks good.. but thats what commercials are suppose to do. i'd question durability as thats equally important as the shine. i dunno... i never trusted turtle wax before.

I bought a bottle last night. I'll give it a shot on one of the door jambs just to see how it works and looks.

Well I have to say that I'm impressed. I purchased the new Macguire's wax a couple of weeks ago and applied it and it looked great and was easy to use. I bought the Turtle wax on a lark, since usually all the advertisement is nothing more than hype. I put it on one side of my roof, let it dry and took it off with a cotton towel and the reflection was even better than the Macguire's. I asked my wife which side had more reflection,(my car is chrome silver, so not much depth) and she agreed that the Turtle wax shine was like a mirror without any waves. So now I have to see how long it lasts. I'll wait and see what happens after a couple of washes and being out in the sun, here in Florida, how well it maintains its appearance.
