Default Zaino on Light Colored Cars

Well, as we Zaino Gurus like to say, (yeah, that's correct, I was promoted) I "stacked" some more Zaino on my Z last night. I washed with Z-7, dried, Z-6, Z-5, Z-6, Z-2, Z-6. And the Z continues to look awesome. I now have (not counting the intermitant Z-6 layers) 7 layers of Z-5 and Z-2 (total).

Since I got most of it done last night, I decided to surprise my wife and do her white Jeep Wrangler this morning. I didn't go all out like I did for the Z (my back would never hold out) but I did wash with Dawn, Claybar with the Z-7, Dawn again, Z-6, Z-5, Z-6, Z-2, Z-6. I did the wheels with the same protocol and they look good as well. I used the Z-6 on the windows and it does an amazing job. Used the Zaino tire dressing to finish off the job.

It looks good but you just don't get that dazzling effect of the Zaino on a dark colored car. Maybe that is why a few people on here have used Zaino and were not impressed. They may have had light cars (white, chrome, silverstone).

Anyway, here are some pics:

I used Zaino on my Chrome Silver and the result was definitely noticeable, but certainly not as pronounced as on your car. Regardless, even for a light colored car it seems to have made more of a difference than any other product I have used in the past and should protect the paint for quite some time (I hope!).

My CS pics are here . Some of them show the reflections quite well, but you can tell from the sunlight pictures that the overall effect isn't as great as for dark cars.

Doc,

That is one of the best pics I've seen of the BY for color. Mine is coming soon (got VIN yesterday) and I can't wait. Great color.

Thanks for the pic!

It's certainly easy. I guess it would all have to come down to how long it lasts/protects. If that turns out to be good, then yes. If not you might as well use just about anything that takes only one coat and is quicker.
