If you had mother's wax on your car, you should have followed the Zaino instructions and done a wash with Dawn dish liquid to remove the wax.
When using Z2, thinner is better.

You do not apply Zaino like you would Mother's. Zaino goes on VERY thin. It should not form a white haze like you see when you use Mothers (or any other carauba wax).
Just apply Zaino very thinly and you'll be fine.
Like MGK65 said, if you ALREADY have Mother's on your car, you need to use DAWN to remove it first, THEN you apply your Zaino.

This is GOOD with Zaino, Zaino is not a wax like the Mothers, it NEEDS to be thin.....any portion of wax that is piled up on the surface is just waisted, ONLY the portion of the wax or polish that actually touches the surfaces makes any difference............
