I use the stuff that came with them. It's something that Classic Soft Trim dealers give out when you get them installed. Two parts - one cleaner, one conditioner. I suspect it's the same kind of stuff you'd buy at an auto parts store.

 

I use 4 Star Leather Conditioner

Got tired of using the Meguiars leather conditioner.. always left a greasy, oily film on my seats and steering wheel. 4 Star doesn't leave a greasy film.. just straight conditioner that really smells like leather. Best I've ever used.

 

I use the Zaino "Leather Cleaner" Z9 and "Leather in a Bottle" Z10.
