Default just got the PC 7336

it was on sale at Lowes for $99 so i went ahead and bought it. Also bought the velcro plate and lake country white and black foam pads. Planning to use Menzerna Final Polish and Blackfire on my Z. I tested it on a fender last night and it really makes it easy to apply waxes/polishes. but does it vibrate a lot? after doing the hood and 2 fenders, my hand was starting to get itchy from the vibration. am i doing something wrong? also, my swirls are still there.. should i step up to an orange pad?

I'm not familiar w/ either product, but you may need to step up to something more abbrasive like #83 DACP by meguiars.

Also, yep it vibrates alot. I still get the itching, and a nice big blister everytime I use it

is this the right amount of polish to put on the pad? or should i apply it more liberally? also, what speed should I set it on? I'm using 3 to 3 1/2 right now.

I use Menzerna Intensive polish with a yellow pad with my PC. Follow it up with Blackfire polish and Blackfire All finish paint protection on my Super Black Z. The combo really does a great job in the endless fight against swirls.

Marc

nice price on your PC...never got a blister from using mine tho..what size pad are you using?? the 7336 should be used with 6.5" (pretty sure 7336 comes with 6" counter weight) but if you go to bettercarcare.com...most of your questions will be answered...good tips from rookies to pro's

yeah i'm using a 6.5" pad as Kevin O. suggested. that velcro plate is worth it.. so much easier to switch pads on the fly. gonna try out the yellow pad for more cutting power next time. oh well.. it still came out really good. the paint is slippery smooooooth!! on to the pics....
