Default Have Chips In Paint And Need Advice

I was going down the street the other day when this truck comes by and fligs something up from the tire sideways. I have never seen this happen before, but it sure did some damage. It made two paint chips on the side of my drive door. They are easy to see because of it being the side of the car. I had just got a paint chip fixed on the side of the car about two months ago from someone dooring my car up. So what I want to know is should I just get them to do the whole half side over, or should I get just the chips fixed. Does anyone know if Hall in Virginia does a good job at painting? And do you think they can fix the chips where it will be hard to recognize. thanks

personally, i'd just get the chips fixed. How big are they? You'd spend atleast $500 to re-paint the whole panel and you figure something worse is bound to happen one day.

I just got a brand new paint job and commute on one of the local freeways where a lot of industrial trucks drive, my whole bumper is rock chipped to hell

I have the clear bra and love it, and am thinking of getting them to do the doors because that seems to be the spot were people always want to hit you at. Why did nissan not use a primer that matched the paint because under neath it looks like they used a white primer. Also, why did they not make the paint alot thicker. Seems like it is a real thin layer. I guess I will just get the chips fixed and wait till something else big happens. The chips are about as big as one of those faces you can choose from on this forum.

all manufacturers seem to be doing shitty jobs these days. It's amazing the orange peel on almost EVERYTHING!

I'd just fill the chips in and worry till ya get hit.
