I recently upgraded to an aftermarket radiator and fan shroud so I'm selling my OEM ones. For sale is an OEM radiator and cooling fan set from a 2005 G35 Sedan. The radiator includes the automatic transmission fluid reservoir at the bottom for 5AT owners, hoses that connect to tranny lines are still connected. Radiator has no leaks whatsoever. Part of the fan shroud harness were cut to install my new fan shroud but you can just use the harnesses from your existing OEM fan shroud.

Do you know if the Fan shroud will fit a 06 350z? does it come with the motors?

Yes it will fit and yes the motors are included (as shown in pic).
