Thanks Jackie. My car isn't really stockish, but I don't think I'd eat them up. I'm just looking to get a set on some 16" prostars.

I don't really need a 17" tire as I don't have any rims for that.

i meant stock type rear end and half shafts...not a beefy set up to handle high rpm sticky tire launches

Michelin Pilot Sport PS2's 245/40YR17's for the stock rear 17's
just put them on mine and ran a 12.3 @ 112 love'em to death, in wet traciton there amazing too, give'em a shot you wont be dissapointed...

Wow nice. I never got a chance to see you run that night. Im on stock tires . Kept spinning through 1st. My best run I pulled a 2.3 60 ft (don't laugh) and still managed to run 13.9@ 103.7

Wow thats a great stock trap speed. What track did you run this at? Im gonna have to go check this track out cuz @ crapitol the best I could pull was 104

We were at Cecil last Friday night. You should've come. There were hardly and cars there and I got about 10 runs in.

I'll go whenever you want to. Im about 15 minutes from the track. So any wednesday or friday is good but I want to get my popcharger in before the next time i run to see if it makes any difference.

cecil county dragway, it was a very cold night actually...i was suprised i hooked that well, still launched with alittle spin...but i could have launched harder if it was warmer...BTW the tire pressure was at 35psi next time im dropping it to 15-20psi :-)

what is the widest possible tire that will mount on the stock 17s without overlaping too much? Im debating if i should use the 17s for the track or j\pick something else up.

They're open on Wednesday nights starting April 6th(next week)
