Default shift point in manual mode

i just started using manual mode when i race. i have the ts flash so my rev limit is 7000rpm's. anyway 6250 rpm's seems to be the best shift point in the manual mode because the tach continues to go up even after you shift. does anyone else have some advice shifting in manuel mode?

I still have the stock rev limiter so I just make sure it shifts right before it hits. Around 6200 sounds right, because like you said, theres a little delay before it actually shifts.

I shift at 6400rpm. The cutoff is around 6800. Have to get close to the limiter. So going into the next gear will be over 5k rpm.
