First time ever this weekend...I have been reading here but I have a few questions.

See my signature below for existing mods...I'm hoping I can run high 13's at a little over 100 mph.

Will I have to shift to 5th gear near the end or just push 4th real hard?

Should I take out spare tire and run on a 1/4 tank or less of gas.

How about octane boosters?

Tire pressure...I was going to try 30 psi first, then maybe lower a little.

Any advice would be appreciated.

you might have to hit 5th right at the end, I don't have to but I have my limiter raised to 7100rpm.

the lighther the car the faster you can be....weight reduction buys a lot

octane booster does not buy you anything unless your FI

stock tire pressure should be at 26 psi (rear only)

launch around 2500 rpm, slip the clutch just a bit.

Have fun, be safe, first sign of traction loss get off the throttle.

Woah buddy, run at Atco, you'll do a hell of a lot better than high 13's at 100mph. I did mid 13's @101 and 102 all day at Atco STOCK.
