I visited Cecil County Dragway, MD today and found the 66 foot light. The white barrel on the right is 66 feet before the finish line. The white barrel on the left is the finish line. Thanks for all your help answering this question.

I like a thorough guy, thanks for posting that. 66ft is what I had heard in the past.
