Default New Times NA !!

well i had to take my nitrous bottle out to make sure i didnt hit it at all this time...

i bogged really bad (kinda like the car stalled) on every single run. first run i filled the tires up with a lot of air, i guess one has a small leak cause on filled up to 25 and one only to 11, so i let the other one out to 14.5 and tried to launch at 4500, bog.... i put air in for the second run, both to 15.5 and launched at 5000 bog... so i put air in the last run 16 psi and launched at 5500 bog... still pulled a 1.77 with that really really bad bog though. cant wait to get some more runs in

btw i have Injen CAI, test pipes, pulleys, Skunk 2 spacer, and a self tuned UTEC

cant wait to get some more time behind the wheel with this car fully tuned

all done on 15X8.5 MT ET Streets

car is running like a champ, i need to figure out why its not going the usual 22 mph in the last 1/8th like it did when i just had a KnN, i will try a short ram next time to the track!!!!!

Awesome job, congrats. Short ram will do you good...nice 60ft's, when you get it down--->low 1.7's all day, maybe a 1.6!

Go Jeremy! Go Sixtol (sorry if I spelled your name wrong)!

No hijacking here....but I ran a 14.2 here at Orlando Spin World tonight. I ran a 14.0 at Bradenton on Thursday. I hope to hit 13s soon in my G35coupe. It's not too common for the coupes.

Damn impressive ET!

The first thing that I noticed was the difference between 1/8 and 1/4 mile mph: about 20 mph. I wonder why? Weather?

Nice work bro... I think you should get some exhaust next to help the car breath a bit better with those test pipes.

thanks guys, i am thinking i could pull some low 1.6s if i get it all figured out, it is really bogging when i launch, new spark plugs are going in tomorrow and will probably go back to the track on Friday night, soon i will be ordering the JIC Ti y pipe back and the UTEC wideband , that should keep my attention for a little while. i figure it will flow better and save some weight, then with the WB i can datalog a couple street runs and get it dialed in a lot closer yeah good job Ryan and Sixto

davidv, as soon as i put my CAI on it made me run faster ETs but i have only been running 20 mph in the last 1/8th consistently. we figure its some kinda air vortex happening at higher speeds so i am going to try to run a short ram next time and/or possibly bring my stock box and KnN since i ran 22 (last 1/8th) with that setup when i first got the car

nice times. more air or more rpm!!!!

for low 1.6's you are going to need more gear or less weight. mid to high 1.6s are a slight possibility.

no tubes in my ETs and my race weight... well... i havent weighed it but i plan on doing it in the next few days, the scale at our track sucks and gets filled up with water (supposely) and i do live in florida so there is a lot of water. i am guessing my race weight would be around 2950 + 175 pounds

i will go to the landfill by my house tomorrow if i remember their scale is nice and accurate.... and only cost $2 hehehe

Oh man I didnt know you were gutted/no passenger seat, etc, you should list that! When I ran my times I only had removed spare tire/jack, all seats in, bumper supports in, paneling etc. The truth always comes out! Not to sound like a d!ck, but if your really under 3000lbs, suddenly your times imo dont seem that impressive anymore. I weighed 3280 without me in it....
