I'm sure someone in here knows when it's opening...and also, who is planning on going and how many runs can I expect to get...
and what times should I get there and when does it start/end?

It was supposed to be in April, last I heard was end of May.

on the public days they allow up to 200 cars on the privates it's 80 and you get as many runs as you want. Next private is tentavely scheduled for late june

 

So it's still not open I take it?
Also, do you know how much public vs. private days are?

 

Public days are displayed on CSW's website. Private days are handled by private groups (usually its the Friday before the Saturday public races).
