my best trap is almost 124mph so far. that 11.81 is my best et to date and that with basically no weight reduction on DR's and only running 18psi keeping it on the lower side to not break anything. its a 3800 V6 camed home ported heads stock valves and a 62-1 turbo running a smaller T3 hotside and all the basic supporting mods. all and all its slow.

oh god, another one of these guys.. a guy I know has a turbo'd gran prix thaT runs AS fast!!! those cars can haul but his tranny keeps busting...

Wow-what is done to the tranny? What is it tuned with? Stock block? Have pics? I havent seen any FWD Impala's mod'd I think it would be great to see you race a built turbo Z LOL...

the trans is built from GMracing specs to hold 1200hp. so i really dont have problems with it anymore. yes im running a stock block since the tune is dead nuts on i really dont have a problem. we have a car going for 8's on stock blocks so no problem there. we have a program that allows us to hack into the pcm to tune in there but that is all. the car will go deep 11's with slicks espically traping 124.

LOL-no way his TN set-up and times/traps are coming near you. You know this, he knows this, Id just leave it alone....if he ran his mouth he isnt anymore so let it die.

tuning factory numbers don't equate to real world numbers anyhow. I've seen some of the most unbelieveably high numbers from that place and then the cars trap like 15mph slower than their HP numbers say they should.
