any 1 race a
pontiac solstice GXP yet? there bragging that they would do a stock Z through the 1/4 ? if some 1 did or is going to PLEASE let me know your thoughts and beat the sht out of that crappy made car. I get pissed every time they put the Z down and the sol is so great.
I used to own a n/a sol it was ok but the only things it had going for it was styling and frame. the rest was lacking big time in places like engine tranny and diff always leaking. there new direct inj engine is said to be fast 260 hp 260 torque with no lad time . If there was 1 by me I would do what i had to just to beat it.

Go to HPDE and practice.
Be the best driver that you can be or just another mediocre driver with a 350Z.

O lord, lol my GF is bugging me about those. She wants to get a Solstice but I say for 28 grand F that Ill buy another Z! The 177 n/a Solstice is crap all the way around. Even if you manage to get away with one under 25 grand you get NOTHING!!!!!! A/C is "OPTIONAL" wtf????????? We arent in the 80's anymore every new car in America should have this STANDARD what kinda crap is that when its optional.......**Sigh** The GXP is 260 BHP and is turbo charged big whooop..... leme see 28/29 grand here for 260 hp or hmmmmmmm 27 grand here on a 07 Z that will stomp its guts out

14.2 can be beat by a stock Z. The only thing i dont like about it is the 4banger. They should have gone with a V6 to make it quicker. Also it's heavy for as small as it is. 3031 pounds. A stock Z can take it easily with a good driver. Especially 06/07 models.
My roomie has one with a body kit and lowered, looks like a mini viper kinda. It's a great looking car, especially with a hard top.
