Default 5AT on Spray

Well, I feel pleased with the results considering the following factors. I do not have bottle heaters and the pressure was at 875(a little low)Outside temp was 62; I'm thinking I was not getting the full 100 shot. Plus I ran on my 19" heavy a$$ tires but here are my times......Having trouble figuring out the scanner.....lol

60ft - 2.08
330ft - 5.63
1/8 - 8.50@86.44
1000 - 10.95
1/4 - 13.04@109.76

pm me if you would like to know where to get a good deal on a NX bottle heater, you are definitely not getting 100 shot if your pressure was 875.

you could be in the 12s with better traction for sure....

This was at SAR.....The temp was 62 degrees and I don't have bottles heaters so the pressure was low....grrrr. I ran a 13.04 with 19" wheels, no tune and borderline bottle pressure. The last run, to hit 13 sec, I learned to spray in 1st....this was my first time at the track with notrous. Today, I hit the spray on a back road with the pressure at 1,000psi and I lost traction in 2nd gear. This leads me to believe that with full pressure(bottle heaters for this time of year), drag radials and a reflash/tune, I will be in the low 12's easily....right?

I have some 16 inch nitto DRs on some light 16s that you can use to bust off a mid high 12

I do work like 15 minutes from SAR and its on my way home to san marcos every day.

not sellin them, just loaning them one texan to another ;0

If you eat off every last bit of tread thast fine. I am going to be getting 315 nittos for my 10.5 inch wheels anyways to daily drive on. My car is worthless on street tires, I got the car inspected today and told the mechanic to get on it. He did a 1-2 and then left a cloud of white tiresmoke all the way down the street in 2nd gear.

Let me tell you where to get the bottle heater. Walmart. For $10 you can get a heating pad. works great since my orig bottle heater died. takes a little while to heat up a cold bottle, but works well.
wrap the pad around the bottle and secure it with tiewraps, belts, whatever you got. yeah, i'm cheap.

Wal-Mart heater isnt bad, just keep an eye on the pressure so it doesnt go to high, better than the torch on the side of the bottle to bring up the pressure.
