Default OK I am Addicted.. Time Slips!!!

I am sooo addicted to this its not even funny... My very first run, EVER was my best run.. It was cool out, like 60 ish and the car hooked up really well.. I launched 'pretty good' and didnt have much wheel spin at all.. Launched at 3500 rpm and it felt really good.. I couldnt believe the first time..

Thaks ALOT Jeremy and everyone else for helping me do this and my new found addiction.. Def. going to need some goods from you J and also need to look into some drag radials/ slicks..

REMEMBER.. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME AT THE TRACK EVER!!

Search, search, search..

Thanks for the help everyone!!

Time Slips for #1 and #2 BELOW..

Time Sips for #3 and #4 Below..

Time Slipes for #5 and #6 Below..

#6 I raced an M3 who was pretty much doing the same time as my best.. 14.5's all day long My R/T was the best it was all day, but it heated up to about almost 80 and my car was pretty hot.. I feel if it was still cool out, I would have ran about a 14.4 again.. He beat me by a car..

Not bad for your first time at the strip. You even pulled a 2.0x for the 60'. Those times could definitely improve, but it is your first time. Drag racing is definitely addicting and I know how that feels. Well, keep practicing and get your times posted on the 1/4 mile times sticky thread.

I def. need to improve my launch and do some more tuning.. I think I can do better too but having the time to work on the car is the thing with X-Mas etc. etc..

Remember I am a G35 and much heavier than the Z's.. There were a few Z's out there today but it was their first times doing this too and were hitting high 15's.. I feel I did pretty damn good today considering the circumstances.. Next up is getting some drag radials and 150 shot..

Damn good numbers buddy. I see a 2.0 second 60-foot time on street tires? Whatever you did keep doing it. #3009 is not playing games at the light. The true addiction comes when you graduate from test & tune and race Summit ET.

Yea I just got some new wheels, 10.5 in the rear and BFG KDW's.. They are damn sticky..

The adrenaline rush that you get after the run is AWESOME!! I cant imagine if your going 120+.. That is sooo sickening..

BTW a vehicle traveling 100 MPH covers 146.6 feet/second. #14566 crossed the finish line 0.33 seconds before you did or approximately 48 feet.

Man I wish I could be there!!

I am SERIOUSLY considering building a Z from the Ground up to run in the low 10's high 9's..

You just dont see many of them around.. You can build a V8 Monster but everyone has them.. Z or G, $hit no,

Pinks would be kicka$$ and have Jeremy drive the car.. I would do it in a heartbeat!

A G35 TT fully built with direct port Nitrous running 10's would be awesome.... YOU SHOULD DO IT!

I have access to the Insurance Auctions.. Down here, there are at least 2-3 Z's and G's a month up for auction.. Almost ALWAYS with body damage and no frame damage.. I can pick a car up for 4-5K All day long..
