thanks! I know for sure that I can run better with smaller rims and better tires on the track. I probably wont run for awhile til I get the twin turbo and some stickier tires.

the guy I kinda chatted with was an owner of a VRT tuned G35 Single turbo, I saw him run mostly 8.6's, 8.8's.

Dammit!!!! I need drag radials. It is SOOOO pointless to run with 19's on T1Rs!!!

I was so mad too when I wasted one of my runs cuz of the tech who kept tellin me to back up cuz there was some debris on the ground where my car was and I was already stagin?!? resulted to a 3 second reaction time and 12 second 1/8!!!! what the f***!!!!

 

That G ran 8.44 later on, I saw you in the staging lanes but you were talking with someone so I didn't say hello. Z looks great.

I was just watching, on my last visit to Irwindale 1/25 I snapped an axle. He's not happy with his Stillen VB, trying to get him a core to use so he can do the Forged one. He pretty much set on getting one since he saw I chirp my tires down the track.

With a 60' time of 2.1+, the problem isn't the fact that you don't have drag radials. Many people can run 2.0 or better on streets. Just work on your launch and you'll get those times to look much better.

 

Do you think you can make it to calispeedway tomorrow for the 1/4 mile? Yeah I ran a 8.44 on my last run on a lower boost setting. The stillen VB can't shift fast enough with higher boost I was hitting the rev limiter on the 2-3 shift. I'm set on getting a FI VB after watching Rookie's FX chirp down the track before he snapped his axle. The stillen feels like it slips into gear to me.
