Well guys i went to the new 1/8 mile track here at miami. I thought it would suck but i was wrong it was really good. Everyone was very nice and straight forward with their mods. Well i dont have pics because like a retard i took my camera but forgot my battery that i had put to charge and yes i know stupid. Well here are my times in order from best to worst this are just my best five. Check it out and let me know what you guys think.

BTW from 2nd to 3rd the car would bounce of the rev limiter and wouldnt shift unless i let off a bit in 2nd.

Also i must say i ran a 800hp supercharged viper and i beat it both times we ran. Nothing to brag since he had no traction but it was sweet. The owner was a very nice guy and didnt have any faces or nothing happy just to be their. He wanted to bet some cash with me but i had nothing on no bull s***. I could have made some easy money since he would spin pretty bad once he catch traction he would come but i was about 5 cars ahead.

Yea the track will only get better with time. Hope this proves we need at track down here too.

good times dude, we had a great time out there. hopefully the track just gets better as the time passes. i wish i could say i had some good times, dam 19's were killing me...

 

Of course as soon as I move from Ft. Lauderdale they set up a track in Miami Heard about it a while back... Good times bro!

 

thanks it got full after you left tanny not extrmelly but their were cars up to the turn waiting to run and then around 3 something the temperature dropped into the 70's

7.99 with a trap of 90mp+ is pretty awesome. You got to get that beast to an 1/4 track and see how you do.

Also, that whole shifting problem your stating, does it grind at all when going into 3rd. Sounds a lot like my tranny before I had the recall done, and they installed a fresh 009 tranny for me.

 

no bro mine is AT its just the VB thats not strong enough to shift i guess when it shifts from 1 to 2 it doesnt have enough time to shift from 2 to 3. If theguy buys the car ill sell it if not ill just do a valve body just for days i take it to the track

Nice time If you ever run a full 1/4 put drag radials on the back. Running non bias ply and radials is a dangerous combo at high speeds 110+. Good luck getting the times down and be safe.
