Default 60' Times

Going out to the 1/8th mile track tonight. I have a base model without LSD on stock tires, so I'm not expecting the best 60' times, but I did notice a few people were hitting 1.9-2.0 on stock tires.. I was wondering when you guys launch do you get really bad wheel hop? I assume it's because of the IRS.. But the thing hops as bad as a FWD car.

If I get a car launch should it feel smooth or will it be hopping real bad for the 1st 30-40'?

I'm thinking about 3,200RPM's and a nice clutch slip, sound good?

if you start to hop do not try and just power through it, you might break something. Do bot dump the clutch, just let iy out smoothly, you'll feel it. good luck

will stiffer springs/coilovers alleviate some of the wheel hop?
as of now, i get massive wheel hop, but i just ordered some coilovers.... i'm hoping that with some stiffness in the rear, maybe the wheel hop won't be as bad.......

I took the sub out last night.. I was going to take the spare out, but it's about an hour drive in the middle of no where and I really don't want to get caught with without a spare.

I didn't have a chance to put on my test pipes yet, so all I have is the JWT popcharger.

Hoping for a really high 8.
