So I'm laying in bed with my girl and turn this on. "Hey watch babe. This is a 240 like mine only fast". So when the car pulls off like a raped ape, she looks at me and says (when reading this, use your best filipina accent) "Your's isnt that fast. Yours is slow. Why is that one so fast and yours so slow?"

Salt in the wounds. Great vid and I have a pup tent going in the bed now.

I apprecate all the positive comments and believe it or not, the car still has ALOT more left in it. I just have to do some some more work to it before I can explore the limits of it (window net, cage certification, chute, maybe some rear end work as it is still the stock suspension setup just stiffer springs and shocks with a Z31 LSD and axles, and oh, my competition license). It really seems a shame to have to add the chute to the car, as it kind of takes away some of the street car cred, but rules are rules and if I want to play in their sandbox, I have to play by their rules (NHRA)...

 

oh poor mike has to add a chute cause his car is too fast... hehehe



again, cant wait to see what kind of numbers it puts down one day for comparison on other cars with similar weight.
