Default 12.4 @109 All Motor !! just the beginning!!

i posted this in my All Motor thread as well...

ok damnit!!!!! i got one run in, it was at 12 noon and about 80 degrees. i have 28 inch slicks on the car still so that sucks for NA, the car felt GREAT and is going to be disgusting once i change a few things.

only run, went 12.4 at 109.4, i barely and i mean like 150 feet short of the traps shifted into fourth, so my third goes 109.4 mph. then the guy tells me that i dont have the right lug nuts in my slicks, they have to be open so they can see the studs. i need to get either my street tires on or get some 26 inch slicks again here soon before i hit the track again.

car will go high 11s without a doubt, i only picked up 20 mph in the last 1/8th due to the tire size and it bogged off the line, i had a 1.89 60. trapped 89 in the 1/8th as well.

i will hit the track on wednesday night back in orlando so i can run some better times for sure, this was just the first time i ever drove the car except while it was on the dyno...

thanks guys!!

oh i dont think i am going to be here tomorrow either, sorry, my whole crew broke their cars and i cant run any more.

Jeremy, did you ask him how the hell your supposed to find an open SHANK style lugnut for those Weld wheels..Those tech guys are such tools sometimes..You have to see the crap they let run up here...They oil down the track at least 3 times an event, during the import events..
Anyhow, great run!!

Jeremy...Sorry to hear your not going to be running today. We could of had a good race...Last nite at Bradenton I ran a 12.5 trapped at 109.39.I'm a little disappointed that my car didn't run faster but I gave it everything it had.For an AT I guess thats not bad.The 12.5 run was 100% perfect..no tire spin (1.8 60ft) shifted each gear @ 6500 and my foot was trying to go thru the floorboard. My only excuse is it was so damn hot and turbos don't like hot air.

Im not definite, because I havent heard from jeremy, but he did say that he put this in the "all motor thread" as well.

A 12.4 @ 109 is a good start. Im a big fan of N/A and see a lot of potential for this setup. I think we may have finally something here for us N/A guys.

You should put together a little bit of a price list/part list, so when can see what we can do to put something together like this! I want one too!

Jeremy, your car is a straight up race car! Realistically, for us that want to keep power steering and interior and run 100 octane at most N/A, what compression ratio would we have to run and what power can we expect or is it too early to know?

Basically, a setup to run low 12's N/A and low 11's maybe 10's with direct port! Anything to avoid going with snails!

actually, the car is hard to warm up, i just have stock radiator with 50/50 this time. usually i run 95% distilled water but i didnt have any this time.

i am adding a koyo and water here soon so i can do some nice back to back runs without worrying about it getting hot at all.

the project kics racing lug nuts are open and pretty nice - like $200, but they're about as good as you'll get
