In NJ it is considered a courtesy card, It helps out when you are not acting like an azz, like doing 75 mph in a school zone. If you show the card when you get stopped they will ask how you know the person who issued the card ,and if you are only over the speed limit by a liitle bit they usally show the courtesy and let you go without a ticket, or they can take the card and then they are suppossed to send them back to the Officer who issued it but that never happens.Just because you have the card doesnt mean you can break every motor vehicle law.

Went to dinner with Phil last night. His track wheels and tires are not yet in. I suspect he might want to take a shot at the title when his new rubber arrives. (Not speaking for him, just voicing my opinion)
Me, on the other hand: I will be there for the next event. Not only do I want to see Phil blow the launch, miss shifts and generally drive like a squid (HAHAHAHA), Phil wants me to run my vette, an 07 Z51 manual car. I want 4.10 gears installed before then and I might want to find some DRs. I think my stock runflats are not quite up to the challenge........ But, I will run them if I don't borrow track tires. After all, I am supposed to go around corners, not just worry about what it does 1320 feet, point to point.
