Went to Cayuga Dragway located in Ontario yesterday. Thought I'd be in the 13s (just like everyone else on here) but apparently I'm not the hot **** that I thought I was. My timeslips are kinda crappy as they spent the whole night in my pockets being molested by my sweaty palms, so sorry for the poor quality. Elevation I believe is 600' and it was a pretty cool night, temperaturewise. I got a total of 4 runs in, alot less than I had hoped. First time ever to the track so I was a bit nervous, I didn't have any sort of method to my runs. Shift fast and hope for the best I guess. My mods are in my sig, any advise would be appreciated. Gonna have to watch that 'Ranger' guy's video, maybe I can learn something.
I wrote another novel in the Regional section earlier today:

Right lane was closed for most of the night.
I ran a 14.2 @ 100.3 first time.
A 15.7 (everything went wrong)
A 14.9 (mis-shift into 3rd)
And 14.3 @ 99.55 (meh)
I didn't care about my reaction time as you may tell.

Every 350Z driver is a hot dog racer until they go to the dragstrip. Compulink does not discriminate.
The Z is running strong picking up 23 MPH in the second 660 feet. I would like to see 2.0 second 60 foot times: It can be done. Your 1/8 mile trap speed indicates room for improvement in the first to second and second to third shifts.
13.99 seconds is easier said than done. Seat time will fix everything.

I've been looking at the 1/4 mile times and yeah, my launches need work. My 1st-2nd shift needs to improve as well cause I was getting wheel hop there too. 13s look very promissing, maybe before the year's end I'll get out one more time and improve on my runs.
