First off, I have an '07 Enthusiast with Fujita duals intakes and Injen true dual exhaust (the original version with angled tips). Man, what an awesome night! I ended up running a total of fifteen times, from 8:30 till 12:30 am. The air temp when I first started was about 82 degrees, but on my last run it was down to 71. I went hoping to break 13.9's, but that didn't happen until the very last run of the night. I kept getting 2.1 and 2.2 60' times no matter what I tried... Then on the very last run I tried launching at 4200, and pulled off a 2.0 60', which resulted in my all-time best of a 13.792 @ 102.796. I was ecstatic, considering I was running 14.0's and 14.1's the whole night. Anyway, here are the two best timeslips, I'm car 56.
AZ just does not produce good numbers. The conditions are just always poor. Glad you hit your 13.7 though. I cant believe you only got a 99mph trap though. I didnt think that the HR's would ever really be under 100mph.

Oh, and the 99 trap speeds were very common for me last night, but the 13.7 run was @ 102.

Thanks guys, I'm gonna go in November sometime as well, when the temps get down to the 50s and 60s and hopefully get into 13.6's or so.
My roommate went with his '05 STI, never having been to the track before. He was getting very frustrated because he couldn't get the launch properly, and kept missing 2nd gear. However, he ended up figuring it out and launching at a best of 1.7 60' and getting a 13.4 @ 104. I was amazed to see him going from 15s to 14s to his 13s in less than 10 runs. Now he can't wait to go again with me.

60' actually has little to do with where I've launched, the 330' however, changes drastically. If you launch lower the 330' shows the bog.
Veetec launched from 5,000 - I stole that # from him, and he had better success before his clutch gave up. If it ever gets resolved I expect some tight competition if he doesn't just obliterate my time.

When I go in November I'll definitely try launching at different rpms between 4200 and 5000. If it works for you guys, maybe it'll work for me too. My best 60' came from 4200, and I haven't tried launching any higher than that yet. I just hope the clutch won't be completely fried from all the experimenting I will do... Can Nissan potentially blame clutch failure on intakes/exhaust? And if not, how long is the clutch covered under warranty? I have close to 9K on the odo at the moment, and I really don't have the funds for a new clutch with the holidays coming up.

Yeah, warranty won't cover that or tires.
I'm wearing the outside of my front tires faster than anything else (so much for the feathering issue being Nissan's fault, its people not driving their cars hard enough in the corners)1k later I'll have 4 new tires, and then its diff - flywheel/clutch, etc.

I guess my trip to the track in November will be my last one then. I can't risk having to replace my clutch anytime soon. Speaking of which, would I have to replace both the clutch and the flywheel or just the clutch itself is fine? If/when I do replace my clutch, will an aftermarket clutch fit with the OEM flywheel or would I have to get both as a combo?
Peak and others thanks for the advise on the launch
I will have to try it my next track event...
Skorch. It depends on how fried your clutch is. I haveseen them damage the Flywheel, but only rairly.
You probably should just replace it with the JWT ligth fly and clutch combo.
My Buddy Billys is awesom
