So I went to the track tonight, hoping to break my best of 13.7. Unfortunately no matter what I tried, I couldn't get a good launch. The track was either too cold, not prepped well or both. If I launched at anything above 3K RPM I would be spinning all the way through first gear. Note: back in October I got a 2.0 60' launching from 4K RPM. This time my best 60' was at 2.8K, and all I could get was a 2.2. My best run of the night was a 13.952 @ 103.52 with a 2.3 60'. I did manage to trap as high as 103.8 but ran a 14.1 on that pass.
It was still fun, I got to see some other Zs and a turboed G35 sedan. I'll be going back when it warms up a bit in April or so.

Maybe I'm wrong but I think you're launching at pretty high rpms if you're on street tires. I personally, along with others, run my best times launching between 2 and 2.5, letting it fall on its face and then bury it to redline. I get a few chirps at the most.
Somewhere on here is a guy who accidentally let it fall flat, and ran 13.3 stock. It's also hard to screw up.

You may have tried this but:
The staging pad has a well worn area where 90 percent of the cars are staging. If this is not working for you, move the car a foot either to the right or left.
Stage “shallow.” When the pre-stage light is ON, move forward enough to make the stage light flicker. Then move forward an inch but no more.

I've tried launching at 2-2.5K back in October and couldn't get better than 2.2 60's. My best launch was at 4K back then so I figured I'd try that and 4.5 this time. Traction wasn't to be had that night though.

Just for reference.
The fastest launch I've been able to run (watch your 330' time more than the 60') is from 5000-5300 RPM's. Sometimes you just can't get traction (or the clutch won't hold in my case) and so you have to launch lower. But 4,000 + and a lot of clutch slip is the way to go.
