Took my 07 base z out to the 1/4 mile track tonight.

Got 6 runs in with the times following in order I went down the strip.

Bone stock with cheap dunlop tires.

Weather-73degrees, florida humidity

13.6 @ 102.31...2.15 60' 1/8-8.9 @ 81.31mph

I don't think 13.6 is bad at all for my first time out with the car!

Oh yea and my first run I sat there spinning through first and second and got a 3.0 60ft.... like I mentioned it was my first time to the track with this car.

Good times man. Makes me SO jealous that in AZ I can get a 2.0 60' and still only run a 13.7 @ 102... And that's with I/E too!

 

i just want to let you all know that this ***it, NICK ran these times not being stock.. me may say he's stock but he aint..... these are his current mods:
Suspension, clutch, flywheel, tranny gears, chasis braces, 150shot nitrous

 

We take these times seriously, and rely on the racers integrity.

+1. A member should not post false timeslips. If the OP did, I don't see the benefit of his actions. Does it make the OP feel better that he has to have all those mods to run a 13.6?

 

Pistolz...come over to Bradenton on Feb.9th and run with us. If your car runs those times and is stock we'll vouch for you, if not its a long walk home

I have nothing to benefit by making this up. I am just informing people of what an 07 stock Z is doing at the track in the hands of an average driver...

That's what I figured. flowerholder is a troll.

 

Its a 1/4 mile and IMHO is much better than MoroSLOW. The track will be well prepped for Feb.9th.

 

I stay in plantation, so that is a bit of a hike for me, but if I have nothing going on that Sat. I will be there...
