Launched at like 3500rpms bogging down. 2.1-2.2 60ft. Before when I tried higher rpm launches I got violent wheel hop or clutch slipped.

how many times have you drag raced before? more seat time you should get that time down significantly. especially with those Mods you have listed.

wow, couple weeks ago my clutch stuck to the floor and i only launched at around 1800 rpm's
get more seat time and you'll dip in the 12's
