diff brace i made
so i emailed IP about getting the coilovers for my car, and they suggested i buy a diff brace. i was going to till i started looking at it. then i changed my mind.......so i just made one this afternoon.
here is the start to finish of it. no it dont look as good as theirs, but in a afternoon and with some scrap metal i had i think it looks great.

ran outta gas for the tig welder so the welds suck.
i havent drove the car yet. but i dont really know how much of a difference this would make. im working all weekend and i leave monday for japan and will be gone till the 1st. so i guess sometime after that i will test the car again.

i have a couple bins of bolts off past cars and atv projects, so i searched around until i found one the right length. i would say its a lower motor mount bolt off a yamaha yfz450. but im not sure i want to say the yfz bolt had a 14mm head and that one is a 17mm i had a couple more so, if i go look at them for a few minutes i could probably figure it out.

I'm sure it won't break its schedule 80 tubing. And still all stock bushings besides the shock bushings. I'll probably order solid bushings or make some after my trip.
^lolwut?
what does that even have to do with anything on this thread?
As for the durability, tubing looks pretty hefty...does the one that you modeled it after still only use the two dif cover bolts?
