Went to the local track...
Well I want some feedback on this lol
My buddy and I went to a local drag strip and I raced my 03 350z.
I, the driver, weigh 300lbs... And my friend, the passenger, weighs 313.
I have a K&N Drop in filter, and a Stainless y-pipe back exhaust. (5AT)
I ran 15.5 @90, in manual shift, traction off. Is this pretty good with 613lbs of people? lol
I plan on bringing it back down there, I'd say I would be in the 14s without a passenger.
Extra notes, it was 89 degrees at 1800ft elevation.

I would say no, honestly. A g35 is capable of running, with equivalent parts (that you mention), low 14's with the same overall weight; mid to high 14's with the average driver and equivalent parts (that you mention).
I've seen a completely stock g35 (3500lbs), but 6mt, run 13.9.
Osiris would help you out a bit....maintence (plugs, clean filter, ect.)?, tires? Trans upgrade? skill?

btw the number I have heard is: add .1 secs for every 100lbs. So you should only be .5secs (a driver must weigh at least 100lbs!) away from its capability. 15.0 secs sounds a bit high, unless your car is in need of some maintence to get some pep back.

I went before, I had a oem dirty air filter, stock exhaust, and lacking a lot of maint.
I ran 16.3 with my same buddy in the car, went back and raced by myself and got a 15.58.
Also, the right side radiator fan wasnt spinning. Thats around .8 difference. So with it running so much better, 14.7 is a good number imo.

Maybe, but at the same time, 14's isn't exactly bragging territory. Its just a number, but even so, not that great for a 350. I ran a 15.0 in my 1.8L Passat (same weight as Z).
