I was aiming for less given I'm using DR's on 16 inch tires(245-50-16)!!

Mods are : DC SS headers, Test pipes, Kntx Plenum and Fuji Y-pipe

I have set the pressure in the tires at 16 PSI and did a good smokey b-out and had a little amount of wheel spin on the start

Any ways, it was a test and tune run and the event is held tomorrow. I will lower the psi a couple of pounds and hope the time improves

I will try to show the slip soon.

P.S. My reaction time was 0.8

 

What was your 60', or do they even show that. I am guessing not since everything is metric.

That must be a 400 meter strip.

 

If so its 1,312.335958 feet, versus the 1320 for a 1/4 mile.

 

Actally, they are running HRA or NHRA(not sure) rules and the distance is 1/4 mile except for the speed in Km. It's a new strip and we were the first to run on it.
I will try to get the slip today to answer all your questions coz we weren't given the slips due to some technical problems.

 

Well, converted your trap speed was around 99 m.p.h. Can't be exact unless I have the exact numbers, so that is + or - half a m.p.h.

This was my first run ever on the strip

One more thing for you guys to know, this was a new strip and we were the fist to run on it

 

for a first timer a .8 reaction isnt bad. but keep in mind...reaction times have NOTHING to do with your ET. you can sit at the tree for two minutes, then run, and youll still get a regular ET. the timing light doesnt start until you break the staging beam.

 

This is what I figured out later on

I managed to get 0.6 the next day and 13.86@159km/h

 

Oh, BTW, I have placed first in my category on the event day. I passed an S2000 on the semi-final and an M3 on the final
