Default Drifting a 5AT 350z

I always wondered, how would I go about drifting a 5at car. I'm guessing I would need to be in tiptronic mode first. What process would I need to go through?

And just a general question, what is the proper way to drift? (whether it be a powerslide, brake drift, feint drift, etc.)

you can drift an auto, no problem. the proper way to drift changes for each corner. you can do whatever you want, thats the fun of it. go to a practice drift day and get some instruction, spend all the money you were going to spend on mods on tires instead, and have fun!

Check out our 3 part video on drifting at our www.

BTW, the Fall 2005 issue has an eight page guide on drifting.

i cant imagine not using a manual tranny to drift, im sure you could still drift but youd probably be pretty limited.
