it has a full cage, but i'm not sure i want carbon doors at all on this car after getting t-boned. i have a set ready for my ls1 240, along with a carbon hatch and hood, but i'm scared to put them on that as well. at the very least i would still have my door bars in my cage, but i would rather be safe than 50lbs lighter.

do you have a set of carbon doors on your car? i'd be curious to see what you have to say about them. oh, and my cage fitment might mean i'd have to cut my carbon doors up just to fit them.

if you look at the attached image, you can see my cage fitment leads the down bars THROUGH the door, to gain as much interior space for myself as possible. carbon doors would probably have interferance issues right there, and i'd have to cut them up.

no. i've been contemplating doors, however i only have a half cage right now.. no front bars or side bars yet- the carbon doors are quite thin. i believe they will clear most side bars.. you should pM RickDogg he runs them on the street (!)

aaronlosey,

Are you still running the e-manage blue and reflash or have you upgraded?

It's a hydraulic e-brake.

It now has an e-manage ultimate and revised wastegate routing. It recently made 407 rwhp uncorrected at 8psi in a 107 degree, 65% humidity dyno room.

Default would VDC be a problem?

Hello Sir,
If I have a Z but NOT a Base model and it has VDC - will that be a problem to drift?
Is there a way to turn off VDC?
Thank you in advance.
