Default Be ready for some tandem

Once it gets down to top 16 we pair up and go tandem! Be ready to get real close to some random car! We had camaros with 400+ hp against stock corrolas! I went to the last one in las vegas. It seemed really unorganized on the first day but the competition day went off without a hitch. This was the first time I've had a chance to compete in tandem. I had a few good battles and ended up taking 1st place! Overall it was a great event and the 2k just about paid for the trip(and beer).

If you have a turbo kit or any F/I there is no need to feint. Just kick the clutch you'll be spinning those wheels really quick. The only reason to feint drift is to look cool. When you feint drift your turning away from the direction you want to go and slowing your drift down way too much, any car in front will ditch you. I'll admit a good feint drift is fun, and it looks cool, but it's not a good idea when running with another car. The only time you should be feint drifting is when the power isn't there to bring the *** around when you want it to. Either at high speeds or in an underpowered car.
